重结晶法制备次氯血红素

摘要:

以氯化血红素为原料, 经间苯二酚还原, 合成了次氯血红素. 采用多次重结晶方法, 使所得的次氯血红素质量分数大于95%, 收率大于85%.

Abstract:

Deuterohemin was synthesized from hemin via the reduction of resorcinol. By multiple recrystallization, the purification of the heme was resolved. Deuterohemin was obtained, with a purity of more than 95% and a yield of more than 85%.
