定时截尾下具有缺失数据两个Rayleigh分布总体参数的估计和检验

Using the maximum likelihood method, the authors studied parameter estimation and hypothesis on the equality of two Rayleigh distribution parameters under type Ⅰ censoring sample with missing data. We discussed the limiting properties of the estimator. Moreover, statistic on testing equality of the parameters from two Rayleigh distributions and its limit distribution were given.

摘要:

利用极大似然方法研究定时截尾情形下, 具有缺失数据的两个Rayleigh分布总体参数的估计及两个Rayleigh总体参数相等的假设检验问题, 给出了估计量的极限性质、 检验两总体参数相等的检验统计量及其极限分布.
