稻草半纤维素预提取对浆料性能的影响

Impact of Hemicellulose Preextraction ofRice Straw on Cooking Pulp Properties

摘要:

以稻草为原料, 考察稻草半纤维素的预提取条件及预提取对烧碱蒽醌法制浆浆料性能的影响. 结果表明: 预提取温度和时间均影响水解液中还原糖的质量浓度和稻草得率; 最佳预处理条件为150 ℃, 升温1 h, 保温1.5 h,  水解液中还原糖的质量浓度为4.65 g/L; 在相同蒸煮制浆条件下, 预处理后稻草比未预提取稻草浆料的Kappa值高2.56倍.

Abstract:

Conditions of hemicellulose pre\|extraction  and the impact of it on sodaanthraquinone cooking pulp properties were discussed. The results shows temperature and extraction time influence the mass concentration of reducing sugar in hydrolyzate and the yield of rice straw. Based on  two points of the mass concentration of reducing sugar and the yield of rice straw, the optimum condition of preextraction was 1 h of heating time and 1.5 h of holding time at 150 ℃. The mass concentration of reducing sugar in hydrolyzate was 4.65 g/L. Under the same condition, Kappa number of rice straw pulping after preextraction was 2.56 higher than that of nonextracted rice straw pulping.
