稻草制浆黑液中木质素/二氧化硅复合材料的制备

摘要:

利用稻草制浆黑液酸沉淀法原位合成木质素/二氧化硅复合材料, 考察反应体系的pH值和反应温度对复合材料产量和各组分质量分数的影响, 并对复合材料进行表征. 实验结果表明, 在pH=3, 反应温度为50 ℃的条件下, 木质素/二氧化硅复合材料的产量最高, 其中二氧化硅的质量分数为25.92%.

Abstract:

Conditions were discussed to prepare lignin/silica hybrid in situ by means of acid precipitation method from the black liquor of rice straw pulping. The effects of pH and temperature on the yield and content of the hybrid were investigated in detail. The optimum conditions were a pH value of 3 and a reaction temperature of 50 ℃, under which the yield of lignin/silica hybrid was the greatest and the mass content of silica was 25.92%. The hybrid was characterized.
