一维TM波函数光子晶体的透射特性

摘要:

给出一维横向磁场(TM)波函数光子晶体的传输矩阵及磁场分布表达式, 研究一维TM波函数光子晶体磁场分布及缺陷层对其影响, 计算一维TM波函数光子晶体正、 反入射时的透射率, 并将其与横向电场(TE)波透射率进行比较.

Abstract:

We gave the expression of the transmission matrix and magnetic field distribution of onedimensional transverse magnetic (TM) wave function photonic crystals. We studied the magnetic field distribution of onedimensional TM wave function photonic crystals, and considered the effect of defect layer
 on the magnetic field distribution. We calculated the transmissivity of TM wave for positive incident and negative incident, and compared them with transverse electric (TE) wave.
