基于MBD和DEM耦合的新型CAE软件

摘要: 针对播种机工作过程分析和优化设计中存在的问题, 提出一种将多刚体动力学(multiple rigid body dynamics, MBD)与离散元法(discrete element method, DEM)耦合的方法, 通过将自主研发的多刚体动力学计算仿真软件与离散元法分析软件进行集成, 研发出一种新型CAE软件〖CD2〗AgriCAE(agricultural computer aid engineering), 介绍了该软件的实现方法, 并通过实例验证了AgriCAE软件的可行性和有效性.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the analysis and optimization design of the working process of planter, we proposed a coupling method of multiple rigid body dynamics (MBD) and discrete element method (DEM). By  integrating the selfdeveloped  multirigid dynamics simulation software with discrete element analysis software, we developed a new type of CAE software—AgriCAE (agricultural computer aid engineering), introduced the implementation method of the software, and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of AgriCAE software by an example.
