贵金属和Cu掺杂的ZIF-67金属有机框架制备及其对过氧化氢的电化学检测

Preparation of Noble Metal and Copper Doping ZIF67 MetalOrganic Framework andElectrochemical Detection of Hydrogen Peroxide

摘要: 先制备以Cu部分取代Co的ZIF-67金属有机框架, 并在ZIF-67孔道内引入Pt纳米粒子, 再用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对样品进行物相分析及电化学的传感测试. 结果表明: 贵金属和Cu掺杂共敏化的ZIF-67金属有机框架结晶性较好, 尺寸均匀; 制备的无酶电化学传感器对H2O2具有较好的检测效果, 如较高的灵敏度、 较宽的检测范围、 优异的选择性和较好的可重复性等.

Abstract: We prepared ZIF-67 metal organic framework with copper partially replacing cobalt, and introduced Pt nanoparticles into ZIF-67 pore c
hannels. The samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Xray diffraction (XRD), and the electrochemical sensing performance was tested. The results show that the electrode modified by the noble metal and copper comodified ZIF-67 metalorganic framework has good crystallinity and uniform size. The enzymefree electrochemical sensors has good detection performance for hydrogen peroxide, such as high sensitivity, wide detection range, excellent selectivity and good repeatability.
