金刚石对顶砧封垫材料显微激光打孔机设计

摘要: 基于激光打孔原理, 根据金刚石对顶砧金属封垫材料的孔型及尺寸要求, 设计开发适用于金刚石对顶砧金属封垫材料的精密显微激光打孔装置. 实验结果表明, 该装置系统可满足金刚石对顶砧金属封垫材料微米尺度圆孔的激光打孔要求.

Abstract: Based on the principle of laser drilling, we designed and developed a precise micro laser drilling device for diamond anvil cell metal sealing material. The experimental results show that this device system can meet the requirements of laser drilling of diamond anvil cell metal sealing material in micron scale.
