Multi-order Task Scheduling Optimization of Four-Way Shuttle Storage System

摘要: 针对四向穿梭车仓储系统很难同时处理多订单任务的问题, 提出一种自适应遗传退火算法对系统的作业时间模型求解, 并设计一种包含多订单任务的出库顺序和货物提升机选择信息的染色体个体, 解决了四向穿梭车系统同时处理多个订单任务困难的问题, 实现了多订单任务的调度优化. 实验结果表明, 该算法优化了出库货物的出库顺序及货物提升机的选择信息, 有效解决了四向穿梭车仓储系统同时处理多个订单任务的问题.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it was difficult for the four-way shuttle storage system to process multi-order tasks at the same time, we proposed an adaptive genetic annealing algorithm to solve the operation time model of the system, and designed a chromosome individual containing the delivery order of multi-order tasks and the selection information of cargo elevator, which solved the difficult problem of processing multi-order tasks at the same time in the four-way shuttle system, and realized the scheduling optimization of multi-order tasks. The experimental results show that the algorithm optimizes the outbound order of outbound goods and the selection information of cargo elevator, and effectively solves the problem that the four-way shuttle storage system processes multi-order tasks at the same time.
