摘要: 在一个具有隧穿感应量子干涉的非对称双量子阱中, 设计一种可操控的空间涡旋四波混频方案. 通过调谐探测场的失谐和耦合场及涡旋场的Rabi频率, 可有效控制涡旋四波混频的螺旋位相和强度分布, 并利用色散关系解释数值结果.

Abstract: In an asymmetric double quantum well with tunneling induced quantum interference, we designed a controllable spatial vortex four-wave mixing scheme. The spiral phase and intensity distribution of vortex four-wave mixing can be effectively controlled by tuning the detuning of the probe field and the Rabi frequency of coupling field as well as vortex field, and the numerical results can be interpreted by using the dispersion relation.
