大孔吸附树脂法提取急性子总皂苷的方法

Method of Total Hosenkosides Extraction from the Seeds ofImpatiens balsamina L.with Macroporous Adsorption Resin

摘要:

以急性子中4种主要皂苷类化合物凤仙萜四醇苷K,A,C,B质量分数之和为考察指标, 通过正交试验考察了药液的质量浓度、 pH值、 流速、 乙醇洗脱液的体积分数等影响AB8大孔吸附树脂吸附性能的主要因素, 确定了最优吸附条件. 确定最优的提取方法为: 将急性子用体积分数为70%的乙醇回流提取, 提取液浓缩至药材质量的6倍即得药液, 调节其pH值约为6.0, 每小时以3倍树脂体积的流速通过AB8大孔吸附树脂柱, 用体积分数为80%的乙醇洗脱, 此时洗脱物中四种凤仙萜四醇苷K,A,C,B质量浓度之和最高.

Abstract:

Four kinds of main hosenkosides named as hosenkosides K,A,C,B were used as the indexes of total hosenkosides extracted from the seeds of Impatiens balsamina L. The effects of the density, pH and the rate of the flow of the solution on the adsorption properties of the resin were investigated through the orthogonal test, establishing the adsorption conditions. The results show that the solutions were combined after filtration and evaporated to the 6 times the material weight in vacuum. The solution at pH 6.0 was passed through the AB8 macroporous resin at a flow rate of 3 volumes of the resin in 1 h, then eluted by 80% ethanol. This way could collect the total hosenkosides, in which the content of the sum of four hosenkosides K,A,C,B was in the highest point.
