基质固相分散-毛细管电泳法测定柚果皮中柚皮苷的质量浓度

摘要:

以硅藻土为分散剂, 甲醇为洗脱剂, 采用基质固相分散-毛细管电泳法测定柚果皮中的柚皮苷, 并考察分散剂种类和用量、 洗脱剂种类和用量及柚果皮样品和硅藻土的质量比对测定结果的影响. 结果表明: 柚皮苷的加标回收率为79.2%; 检测限为1.5 μg/mL.

Abstract:

Naringin in grapefruit peel was determined by matrix solidphase dispersion extraction coupled with capillary electrophoresis detection. The diatomaceous earth was used as dispersion adsorbant, methanol was used as elution solvent, and capillary electrophoresis was applied to separation and detection of the analyte. The experimental parameters for the extraction, including the type and amount of dispersion adsorbant, the type and amount of elution solvent, and the mass ratio of diatomaceous earth to sample were examined and optimized. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the sample and the recovery of the analyte was 79.2% and the detection limit was 1.5 μg/mL. The method was simple, the amount of solvent was small, and analytical time was short.
