摘要:

采用自制的固相微萃取涂层, 通过顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱法(HSSPMEGC)联用测定水中的多环芳烃(PAHs)和酞酸酯(PAEs), 并优化了固相微
萃取条件. 实验结果表明: 当样品中加入4 g NaCl, 并以一定速度搅拌, 70 ℃顶空萃取50 min, 280 ℃解吸5 min时, 其检测限为0.005~0.1 μg/L, 线性范围为1~100 μg/L. 使用该方法检测武汉市东湖水样的加标回收率为72.0%~116.3%, 相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.2%~8.5%.

Abstract:

A homemade solidphase microextraction coating was used to determine polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and phthalate esters(PAEs)
 in water via headspace solidphase microextraction combined with gas chromatography(HSSPMEGC). The conditions effecting on SPME were optimized as an extraction temperature of 70 ℃, an extraction time of 50 min by headspace, a desorption time of 5 min at 280 ℃, a NaCl concentration of 4 g and stirring rate in some speed. The detection limits were 0.005—0.1 μg/L, and the linear range was 1—100 μg/L. The recovery of east lake water in Wuhan City was 72.0%—116.3%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.2%—8.5%.
