摘要: 基于Becke和Hirshfeld方法分别计算缬氨酸分子轨道的原子贡献. 结果表明: 用Becke方法和Hirshfeld方法分析高占据轨道的定性结果基本一致,  定量结果稍有差别; 对虚轨道分析的定性结果不完全一致,  定量结果差别明显.

Abstract: Based on the Becke method and the Hirshfeld method, we calculated the atomic contribution of the valine molecular orbits. 
The  results show that the qualitative results of the analysis of high occupied orbit by the Becke method and the Hirshfeld method are basically consistent,  and the quantitative results are  slightly different.  The qualitative results of analysis of virtual orbit are  not completely consistent, and the quantitative results are obviously different.
