Abstract: Mossbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectrometry were perform ed to research the magnetic properties of Fe60Ni40-xMnx and Fe60Ni35-xMnxCo5 Fe-bas ed alloys. The magnetic phases change from ferromagnetic to antiferromagnetic st ate with the increase of Mn in Fe-based alloys. Besides, we obtained the changea blerelationships of the mean hyperfine field Hhf, magnetization i ntensity M and correlated Mossbauer parameters with the averaged electron co ncentration of the alloys.
