Abstract: This paper presents an establishment method of the teaching system which shows the personality of teachers and draws the self-study enthusiasm of students. With WWW technology, database technology, CSS technology and ASP technology, a teaching system is established, which gives priority to students, provides interactionsbetween teachers and students so as to really combine teaching and learning. The paper depicts the design goals and functions of each module, and introduces key technologies of the system design.
