Abstract:

In connection with the international personal health record standards applied date model, JAVA mobile client, Web service architecture, Web 2.0 social network services platform was established for personalized healthcare services, effective treatment and remote care. It provides doctors/patients, trainees/trainers/ a Webbased portal for realtime and online remote care via providing users diverse interfaces and online analysis functions based on realtime monitoring regarding the privacy policy. Our portal is an innovative attempt  in personalhealth recordbased softwareasaservices social network in healthcare ITsolution field.
