Abstract:

A halotolerant strain CCHA was isolated from the surface of wild vegetation around saltern, identified by the morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis, and their biological characteristics, saltresistance and metaltolerance were analyzed. The homology of ITS sequence between CCHA and each of other 21 Aspergillus strains which have been reported was 55.9%—100%; growth temperature range of it was from 25 ℃ to 45 ℃, the optimum at 35 ℃; growth pH range of it was from 2.5 to 12.0, the optimum at 5.0—8.0; salinity range of it was 0—31%, the optimum at 5%; and the strain exhibited higher tolerance to Cu2+. CCHA strain was identified as Aspergillus sp.
