Determination of New Compound 24(R)-Majoroside R1 in Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.var.Major(Burk.[KG-*3]) C.Y.Wu et K.M.Feng by H

Abstract:

The determination of the new compound of 24(R)majoroside R1 in Panax japonicus C.A. Mey. var. Major (Burk.[KG-*3]) C.Y. Wu et
K. M. Feng was developed by HPLC\|ELSD method. The conditions of chromatography were Aglient Zorbax SBC18 Column (ODS, 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted; mobile phase was composed of V(methanol)∶V(water)=58∶42; flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min; temperature of column was set at 25 ℃; carrier gas pressure was set at 1.94×105 Pa tube temperature of ELSD was set at 85 ℃; impactor was set in closed state. As the results show in the range of 0.4—20.0 μg, the linearity of 24(R)majoroside R1 is good, r=0.999 3(n=6), the average recovery was 98.7%, and RSD=1.28% (n=6).
