Determining of Acid Ratio of Low Temperature PhosphatizingSolution by Aspen Plus Simulation System

Abstract:

Using Elecnrtlelectrolyte module of Aspen Plus, we determined the acid ratio of low temperature phosphatizingsolution in the zinc phosphate system by means of simulating the neutralization titration process, and investigated the effects of basic treatment agents and additives on the acid ratio of the phosphatizingsolution. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
