Zero-and-One-Inflated Poisson Regression Model with Constraints

Abstract: We considered a zeroandoneinflated Poisson (ZOIP) regression model with general linear constraints, and gave an EM (expectation maximization) algorithm to estimate the parameters of the model. The flexibility and feasibility of results are verified by numerical simulation and a real data analysis.
