黄杨宁缓释片对急性心肌梗塞犬血清微量元素和心肌形态学的影响

Effects of Cyclovirobuxinum D sustained-release tablet on serumtrace elements and myocardial morphology in acute myocardial infarction dogs

摘要: 目的:观察黄杨宁缓释片对急性心肌梗塞犬血清酶、微量元素和心肌形态学的影响。方法:取杂种犬30只,随机分为5组(每组6只),分别为模型组、黄杨宁片组及黄杨宁缓释片0.16、0.32 和0.64 mg·kg-1剂量组。结扎犬左冠状动脉前降支,制备急性心肌梗塞模型,观察黄杨宁缓释片对血清心肌酶活性及微量元素Cu2+,Zn2+,Mg2+)含量的影响;通过HE染色,观察心肌细胞形态学的变化。结果:与模型组比较,黄杨宁缓释片各剂量组血清中磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清微量元素Cu2+含量降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),Zn2+、Mg2+含量增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),缺血心肌细胞的病理形态学损伤程度减轻。结论:黄杨宁缓释片对实验性心肌梗塞犬的心肌具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract: Objective To examine the effects of Cyclovirobuxinum D sustained-release tablet on the serum enzymes and trace elements and myocardial morphology in acute myocardial infarction dogs. Methods Thirty heterogeneous dogs were divided into five groups (n=6):model group, control group with curative drug,the Cyclovirobuxinum D sustained-release tablet groups with 0.16,0.32 and 0.64 mg·kg-1, respectively. The changes in the activities of the enzymes and the contents of serum trace elements (Cu2+,Zn2+,Mg2+)were determined in the myocardial infarction models by ligating the left anterior descending branch (LVD) of dogs. The morphological changes of myocardial cells was observed by using HE staining. Results Compared with model group, the activities of AST, CPK, LDH and the content of Cu2+ were decreased significantly in the groups with different doses of Cyclovirobuxinum D sustained-release tablet (P<0.05,P<0.01), whereas the contents of Zn2+ and Mg2+ were incre ased(P<0.05,P<0.01). Consequently, Cyclovirobuxinum D sustained-release tablet ameliorated the pathomorphological injury of myocardial cells. Conclusion Cyclovirobuxinum D sustained-release tablet has apparently protective effects on myocardium in canine experimental myocardial infarction models.
