兔骨折创伤修复时成纤维细胞的增生与凋亡

摘要: 目的:研究创伤修复过程中成纤维细胞的凋亡及其超微结构改变。 方法:用透射电镜观察家免标准骨折修复过程中成纤维细胞增生与凋亡。 结果:成纤维细胞合成和分泌胶原蛋白,通过各种方式排至细胞外基质,并聚合成胶原原纤维的同时,细胞质大量丧失。在此基础上开始出现成纤维细胞凋亡的超微结构改变。 结论:成纤维细胞分泌胶原蛋白进行纤维性修复过程中,通过大量膜性小泡自胞质脱落至细胞外基质,是凋亡的必要准备,正是这种分泌功能衰竭的过程导致细胞的消亡,即成纤维细胞出现典型的凋亡形态特征,进而细胞裂解、消失,退出修复现场。

Abstract: Objective To study the ultrastructural changes of fibroblast apoptosis in the fracture repairing process. Methods The transmission electron microscope was used to observ the fibroblast proliferation and apoptosis in the fracture healing processes of rabbits. Results The results of the study indicated that the fibroblasts excreted collagens into the extracellular matrix, concomitant with formation of the numerous collagenous fibrils and diminution of cytoplasma, and the ultrastructual changes of fibroblasts eventually underwent apoptosis were found. Conclusion In the fibrous repairing processes, the morphologic changes of fibroblasts are characteristics of apoptosis.
