东北雷公藤对肾炎大鼠血清中MMP-2、MMP-9和TGF-β1的影响

Effects of Tripterium Regelii on serum MMP-2, MMP-9 , and TGF-β1 in nephritic rats

摘要: 目的:通过观察东北雷公藤对肾炎大鼠尿蛋白及血中TGF-β1、MMP-2和MMP-9的影响,研究其在肾炎大鼠中的作用。 方法:用ELISA方法检测大鼠血清中MMP-2、MMP-9和TGF-β1。 结果:经东北雷公藤治疗后肾炎大鼠尿蛋白[(170.38±32.62)mg/24 h]明显低于治疗前[(327.38±48.67)mg/24 h,P<0.01];血清TGF-β1水平模型对照组为(287.60±43.37)ng•L-1,模型治疗组为(210.67±39.36)ng•L-1,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);血清中MMP-2模型对照组为(240.63±38.34)μg•L-1,模型治疗组为(382.26±40.38)μg•L-1,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);MMP-9模型治疗组高于模型对照组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论:东北雷公藤可能具有延缓肾炎大鼠肾小球硬化的作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Tripterium Regelii on urine protein and serum MMP-2, MMP9, and TGF-β1 in nephritic rats. Methods The levels of serum MMP-2, MMP-9,and TGF-β1 were detected by ELISA. Results The level of urine protein (mg/24 h) in nephritic rats treated with Tripterium Regelii was significantly decreased(pre-treatment: 327.38±48.67;post-treatment:170.38±32.62,P<0.01). The level of serum TGF-β1 (ng•L-1) was remarkably decreased too (model control: 287.60±43.37;model treatment:210.67±39.36,P<0.05);the serum level of MMP-2 (μg•L-1) was increased (model control: 240.63±38.34; model treatment:382.26±40.38,P<0.01);the serum level of MMP-9 had a tendency to increase, but no significant difference was found (P>0.05). Conclusion Tripterium Regelii may have the effect of postponing glomerulosclerosis in rats.
