摘要: 目的:探讨微卫星不稳定性(MIN)在喉癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用PCR-变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)等分子生物学方法用微卫星多态标记物BAT-26和BAT-40检测50例喉鳞癌组织的MIN。 结果:26% 的喉癌发生MIN。MIN与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。 结论:MIN作为遗传不稳定因素可能在喉癌转移过程中起正性调控作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the role of microsatellite instability (MIN) in the development of laryngeal cancer. Methods The MIN in 50 cases of laryngeal cancer were detected by the methods of PCR- denature PAGE polymorphous markers BAT-26 and BAT-40. Results Twenty-six percent of patients with laryngeal cancer had MIN. MIN were not related to the grade of differentiation and clinical stage laryngeal cancer. And MIN was associated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion MIN seemly acts as a positive regulator in the lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer.
