摘要: 目的:研究肝细胞生长因子(HGF)对癌细胞向血管内游走的影响。 方法:利用体外癌细胞向血管内游走模型,将纤维肉瘤细胞HT1080经过荧光标记,通过测定不同时间穿过胶原层及HUVEC单细胞层落到24孔板内的荧光量来定量评价瘤细胞血管内的游走情况。结果:作用12、24和48 h时,加HGF组的荧光量均明显高于未加HGF对照组(P<0.01)。结论:HGF能够增强癌细胞的运动能力,加速癌细胞向血管内迁移。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) on intravasation migration of cancer cell. Methods The model of intravasation migration of cancer cell in vitro was used. The fibrosarcoma cell HT1080 was labelled with fluorescence, and the fluorescence guantities in 24-pore plate through collagen membrane and HUVEC single cells layer were detected in different time to eveluate the intravasation migration of cancer cell.Results 12,24, and 48 hours after administration,the fluorescence quantity in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion HGF can promote the intravasation migration of cancer cells.
