肝细胞生长因子在纤维肉瘤细胞血行转移中的作用

摘要: 目的:评价肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在纤维肉瘤细胞血行转移中的作用。方法:利用体 外肿瘤细胞血管内游走及血管外游走模型,定量地评价纤维肉瘤细胞(HT1080)的血行转移情 况。结果:HT1080能穿过基底膜和血管内皮细胞游走至血管内,并可通过内皮细胞间缝隙游 走至血管外基质;HT1080经HGF预处理后,血管内和血管外游走数量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:HGF能够增强纤维肉瘤细胞的运动侵袭能力、加速血行转移。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) on transvascular metastasis of sarcoma cells. Methods The models of intravascular and extravascular migration of tumor cells in vitro were used to observe transvascul ar metastasis of sarcoma cells(HT1080). Results HT1080 migrated through basement membrane into blood vessels,and migrated through a gap between adjacent endothelial cells into extracellular matrix.The greater number of transmigrated HT1080 treated with HGF was observed(P<0.01).Conclusion HGF can stimulate transvascular metastasis of sarcoma cells as a motogen.
