萝摩苷对大鼠全脑缺血损伤的保护作用

Protective effects of Asclepiadaceae on globalcerebral ischemic injury in rats

摘要: 目的:探讨萝摩苷对脑缺血缺氧所引起损伤的保护作用及机制。 方法:复制脑缺血模型,分别测定大鼠脑组织的ATP、乳酸、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以及萝摩苷对羟自由基(•OH)清除率。 结果:萝摩苷可明显升高ATP,并降低脑组织中乳酸、CPK、和MDA含量,而且随着萝摩苷浓度的增加,•OH清除率明显升高。 结论:萝摩苷对脑缺血引起的损伤有保护作用,其机制与抗自由基有关。

Abstract: Objective To study the protection of Asclepiadaceae (Asc) against the brain injury induced by ischemia and hypoxia and its mechanism. Methods The rat model of cerebral ischemia was established. The concentrations of ATP, lactic acid, CPK, and MDA in the brain tissue of rats and the clearance rate of hydroxyl radical (•OH) were measured. Results Asclepiadaceae obviously increased the concentration of ATP, and decreased the concentrations of lactic acid, CPK and MDA in the brain tissue. The clearance rate of •OH obviously rose with the increasing of Asclepiadaceae concentration. Conclusion Asclepiadaceae has the protective effects on the brain injury induced by ischemia. Its mechanism is correlated with the anti-radical effects.
