West综合征患儿多药耐药基因P糖蛋白的表达水平

摘要: 目的:探讨West综合征与多药耐药基因(MDR)的关系。 方法:采用流式细胞术检测West综合征(n=12)、部分性发作癫痫(n=9)、全身性发作癫痫患儿(n=8)及正常健康儿童(n=8)外周血淋巴细胞膜MDR P糖蛋白(P170)的表达水平。 结果:普通癫痫(上述部分性发作及全身性发作)患儿和West综合征患儿外周血P170表达水平均增高,其中West综合征患儿外周血P170表达水平(59.52%)明显高于正常对照组(1.22%)及普通癫痫组(11.47%)(P<0.001,P<0.05)。 结论:MDR P170表达增高可能为West综合征难治的重要原因。

Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between West syndrome and multidrug resistance gene (MDR). Methods The expressive levels of perihemo-lymphcyte membrance glycoprotein (P170) in patients with West syndrome(n=12),partial seizures (n=9),generalized seizures (n=8), and 8 healthy children were detected by flow cytometry. Results The expressive levels of perihemo- glycoprotein 170(P170) increased in patients with common epilepsy and West syndrome, compared with the healthy group;the expressive level of P170 in patients with West syndrome (59.52%) was strongly higher than that in the control group (1.22%)(P<0.001) and common epilepsy group (11.47%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The increasing of the expressive level of multidrug resistance gene P170 may be the important cause of difficulty in therapy of West syndrome.
