胡芦巴对实验性糖尿病大鼠脂代谢及肾脏抗氧化防御功能的影响

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of fenugreek seeds on lipid metabolism and kidney antioxidant defense function in diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats were treated with fenugreek seeds for 12 weeks,the blood lipid level and kidney antioxidant function were observed. Results The level of blood lipid was reduced, the activities of superoxide dismtase(SOD),glutathion peroxidantion(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT) were increased in diabetic rats treated with fenugreek seeds.The level of lipid peroxidantion(MDA) in diabetic rats treated with fenugreek seeds was lower than that in untreated group. Conclusion Fenugreek seeds can morderate the lipid metabolism and enhance the kidney antioxidant function in diabetic rats.
