复方山芪颗粒剂的初步药理研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨复方山芪颗粒剂抗炎、镇痛及抗腹泻的药理作用。方法：复方山芪颗粒剂分别连续给健康Wistar大鼠及昆明种小鼠灌胃，于末次灌胃1 h后于大鼠右后跖皮下注射1%角叉菜胶（0.1 mL）致大鼠足跖肿胀的炎症模型、腹腔注射0.7％冰醋酸(10 mL•kg^-1)致小鼠扭体的疼痛模型及灌服潘泻叶煎剂（每只小鼠0.5 mL）引起小鼠腹泻的模型，同时设对照组（0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠20 mL•kg^-1）、柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP）组（0.5 g•kg^-1•d^-1）。分别观察致炎前和致炎后大鼠足跖肿胀程度、腹腔注射0.7%冰醋酸10 mL•kg^-1后30 min内每只小鼠扭体反应发生次数及灌服潘泻叶后1～6 h内小鼠排异常便次数。结果：复方山芪颗粒剂中、大剂量组大鼠足跖肿胀率较对照组明显降低（P<0.05），小鼠扭体次数与对照组比较明显减少（P<0.05），复方山芪颗粒剂小、中及大剂量组均能减少小鼠腹泻次数，具有抗腹泻作用，与对照组比较差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。结论：复方山芪颗粒剂具有良好的抗炎、镇痛、抗腹泻作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the pharmacological action of anti-inflammation, acesodyne, and anti-diarrhea of Fufangshanqikeliji (FFSQKLJ). Methods FFSQKLJ were poured consecutively into the stomach of healthy Wistar rats and Kunming mice, respectively. Then three kinds of models were set up 1 h after administration: inflammation models of the tumefaction of back metatarsus in rats by hypodermic injection (1% carrageenin 0.1 mL), ache models of twist in mice by celiac injection (0.7% glacial acetic acid 10 mL•kg^-1), diarrhea models in mice after pouring the senna. At the same time, control group (0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 20 mL•kg^-1) and salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP, 0.5 g•kg^-1•d^-1) group were set up. The tumefaction extents of back metatarsus of rats before and after inflammation, times of every mouse twist in 30 minutes after celiac injection (0.7% glacial acetic acid 10 mL•kg^-1), times of abnormal excretion in 1-6 h after pouring the senna, respectively, were observed. Results The tumefaction rates of back metatarsus in rats in the middle and large dosages of FFSQKLJ groups were much lower than that in control group (P<0.05 ), and the times of twist in mice were much lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Large, middle and small dosages of FFSQKLJ reduced the times of diarrhea in mice, compared with the control group, the differences were very obvious (P<0.05) . Conclusion FFSQKLJ have good effects of anti-inflammation, acesodyne, and anti-diarrhea.
