人参四逆汤化合物H对豚鼠离体工作心的作用

Effects of chemical H of Renshen Sini Tang on isolatedworking heart in guinea-pig

摘要: 目的:观察人参四逆汤化合物H(H)对成年豚鼠离体心的心肌收缩性能和心室肌细胞动作电位的影响。 方法:健康成年豚鼠18只,随机分为对照组、H小剂量和H大剂量组,采用Langendoff离体心脏灌流法和悬浮玻璃微电极法观察离体心工作的各项指标变化。 结果:H可使离体心脏的左室内压(LVSP)、左室舒末压(LVEDP)、左室内压最大上升下降速率(±dp/dtmax)和动作电位时程(APD50)、动作电位幅值(APA)、超射(OS)和最大除极速度(Vmax)等动作电位相关参数增加。 结论:H对豚鼠心肌有正性肌力作用,H可使心肌细胞动作电位除极参数增加,动作电位时程延长,提示H可能对钠和钙通道有激动作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of chemical H of Renshen Sini Tang on myocardium contraction and action potentials of isolated working heart in adult guinea-pig. Methods Eighteen healthy adult guinea-pigs were randomly divided into control group, low-dose H group and high-dose H group. The ventricular indexes were observed with the methods of perfusion and suspension glass microelectrode on isolated working heart. Results The chemical H of Renshen Sini Tang increased LVSP, LVEDP, ±dp/dtmax, APD50, APA, OS, and Vmax. Conclusion The chemical H of Renshen Sini Tang has the effect of increasing myodynamia, and it may activate Na+ and Ca2+ channels.
