大孔树脂纯化苦碟子总黄酮的工艺条件和参数

摘要:

目的:探讨大孔树脂富集纯化苦碟子总黄酮的工艺条件和参数,以提高三苦滴丸的质量,降低三苦滴丸单服剂量。方法:以苦碟子总黄酮获得量为考察指标,采用紫外-分光光度计法测定不同类型大孔树脂(D101、AB-8、DM130、D312和NKA)纯化三苦滴丸中苦碟子总黄酮的工艺条件。结果:最佳纯化工艺为采用 DM130大孔树脂,提取液以(8 000 r•min-1 离心40 min,70%乙醇洗脱;苦碟子总黄酮纯度可达65%。结论:采用高速离心及大孔树脂相结合的方法可较好地富集纯化苦碟子中黄酮类成分。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective
To discuss the process conditions and parameters of macroporous resin in enrichment and purification of total flavone in order to improve the product quality of SanKu dropping pills and reduce the single dose of product.Methods The total  flavonoid of China ixeris were obtained as the quantity indexes. The process conditions of different  types of macroporous resin  D101,AB-8,DM130,D312 and NKA in purification of total flavonoid were detected by UV. Results The best purification process was  DM130 macroporous resin,centrifugal of the extract at  8 000 r•min-1,for 40 min,  70% ethanol elution.So the total flavonoid could reach 65%.Conclusion High speed centrifugal combined with macroporous resin  is good for enriching total flavonoid of Sanku dropping pills.
