山参果汁总皂苷对大鼠离体心脏血流动力学的影响

Effects of wild ginseng fruit saponins on hemodynamics in isolated rat hearts

摘要: 目的:探讨山参果汁总皂苷(WGFS)对大鼠离体工作心脏血流动力学的影响。 方法:制备大鼠离体工作心脏,观察山参果汁总皂苷对心率(HR)、动脉血压(AP)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张期末压(LVEDP)、左室内压最大上升及下降速率(±dp/dtmax)的影响。结果:山参果汁总皂苷在给药后不同时间具有减慢HR,降低AP、 LVSP、±dp/dtmax的作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),并呈现一定的剂量依赖关系,对LVEDP无显著影响(P>0.05)。 结论:山参果汁总皂苷具有负性肌力和负性频率作用,即抑制心肌收缩和舒张功能,减慢心率、降低动脉血压。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of wild ginseng fruit saponins (WGFS) on hemodynamics in isolated rat hearts. Methods The isolated rat hearts were prepared and the effects of WGFS on HR, AP, LVSP, LVEDP, and ±dp/dtmax were observed. Results WGFS slowed HR and reduced AP, LVSP, and ±dp/dtmax (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in a dose-dependent manner. WGFS had no remarka ble effect on LVEDP(P>0.05). Conclusion WGFS has the effects of negative frequency named restraining cardiac muscle contraction and stretch function, and reducing rhythum of the heart and blood pressure.
