摘要: 目的:探讨黄芪注射液(AMI)对柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)感染小鼠的保护作用。方法:将BALB/C纯系雄性小鼠随机分为7组,分别为正常对照组、模型组、AMI90、60和18 g·kg-1治疗组(高中低剂量组)及阳性药组,每组10只,除正常对照组外,利用CVB3感染BALB/C小鼠建立病毒性心肌炎模型,治疗组分别以AMI按高、中、低剂量腹腔注射给药,给药9 d后,观察其对小鼠生存率、心电图、血清天冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及心脏形态学的影响。结果:急性心肌炎模型组与正常对照组比较,各项指标差异均有显著性(P<0.01、 P<0.001);AMI与模型组比较,生存率均显著提高(P<0.05、P<0.01);心电图显示各治疗组小鼠心电异常活动有明显的改善作用;中、低剂量组小鼠显著减少AST、LDH的漏出量及氧自由基产物MDA的生成量并提高SOD的活力(P<0.01、P<0.05)。各治疗组小鼠组织病变程度减轻,病灶减少。结论:AMI在小鼠体内有抗CVB3的作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of Astragalus Membranaceus injection(AMI) on coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) murine viral myocarditis.Methods 70 BALB/C mice were divided randomly into control group,model group,AMI 90,60,18 g·kg-1 groups (high,middle,low dose groups) and positive group. Viral myocarditis models induced by intraperitoneal inoculation with CVB3 solution were developed and were treated by high,middle,low doses of AMI respectively. Nine days after administration,the survival rates and the levels of serum AST,LDH,SOD and MDA,the changes in ECG and myocardial tissues were observed. Results The survival rate of the mice was increased and the incidence of abnormal ECG at acute stage was significantly reduced when AMI was used, compared with normal group (P<0.05,P<0.01). The levels of serum AST,LDH,MDA were significantly decreased in AMI treated group,and the activities of SOD were increased especially in middle and low doses of AMI groups (P<0.05,P<0.01).AMI reduced obviously the degreee of lesion in mice with myocarditis. Conclusion AMI exert antagonistic effects on CVB3 murine myocarditis.
