摘要: 目的:观察溶血磷脂酸(LPA)对豚鼠心肌细胞电压依赖性钾离子通道电流的作用。方法:用膜片钳实验技术记录胶原酶急性分离的豚鼠心室肌细胞钾通道电流。结果:共记录了33个心室肌细胞的电压依赖性外向K+通道电流发现1.0 μmol•L-1和10.0 μmol•L-1 LPA可明显降低K+通道电流的幅值。 结论:LPA可能参与心肌梗塞时心律失常的发生。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) on voltage dependent potassium current in myocytes of guinea pig. Methods The whole cell patch clamp technique was used in isolated ventricular cells of guinea pigs. Results Thirty-three voltage dependent potassium current in myocytes were recorded. LPA (1.0 and 10.0 μmol•L-1) could significantly decrease the amplitude of the potassium current of ventricular myocytes. Conclusion LPA may participate in arrhythmia occurrence during myocardial infarction.
