F11R基因多态性与精神分裂症的关系

Relationship between F11R gene polymorphism and schizophrenia

摘要: 目的:探讨1号染色体上F11R基因多态性与精神分裂症的关系。 方法:采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法对128例精神分裂症患者、114例健康对照1号染色体F11R基因上的一个SNP进行基因型检测,应用SPSS统计学软件数据处理,并进行统计学分析。 结果:等位基因A和G的频数分布在病例组和对照组中无统计学意义 (χ2=0.498, P>0.05);AA和AG两种基因型频数分布在病例组和对照组中也无统计学意义(χ2=0.533,P>0.05)。结论:1号染色体上的F11R基因可能不是精神分裂症的易感基因。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between F11R gene polymorphism on chromosome 1 and schizophrenia in Chinese population. Methods The PCR-RFLP method was conducted to examine the genotypes of F11R genes in 242 subjects including 128 patients with schizophrenia (case group) and 114 healthy controls (control group), and then the frequencies of genotype and allele of F11R gene were statistically computed. Results There were no remarkable differences of the frequency distributions of A and G of F11R gene between cases and controls (χ2=0.498, P>0.05), and the frequency distributions of AA and AG had no markedly differences between cases and controls (χ2=0.533, P>0.05). Conclusion The F11R gene on chromosome 1 may be not the susceptible gene of schizophrenia.
