苯和甲醛对雄性小鼠睾丸生殖细胞的联合毒性

Toxicity of benzene combined with formaldehydeon reproductive cells in mice

摘要: 目的:探讨苯和甲醛对雄性小鼠睾丸生殖细胞的毒性作用。 方法:选用纯系雄性小鼠为研究对象,苯加甲醛的联合染毒剂量(mg·kg-1)分别为10+10、50+50、100+100(作为3个实验组),同时设对照组(0 mg·kg-1组)和植物油组(n=10)。连续经口染毒8周后处死小鼠,进行睾丸称重、精子计数、精子畸形百分率计算和睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力测定。 结果:各染毒组小鼠的精子数随苯和甲醛联合染毒剂量的增加而逐渐减少,精子畸形率明显增加,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);各染毒组小鼠睾丸组织SOD活力随苯和甲醛联合染毒剂量的增加而逐渐降低,当联合染毒剂量为(50+50)和(100+100) mg·kg-1时,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);睾丸重量有随染毒剂量的增加而降低的趋势(P>0.05)。 结论:苯和甲醛能对小鼠的生殖细胞产生明显联合毒性作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the toxicity of benzene combining with formaldehyde on reproductive cells in mice. Methods Male mice were randomly divided into different groups:three experimental groups with different doses of benzene combining with formaldehyde (mg·kg-1) (10+10,50+50 and 100+100), control group and vegetable oil group (n=10). After 8 weeks by oral poison, the mice were killed,testis was weighed, sperm count was peformed, the rate of sperm deformation was counted and the SOD activity was measured. Results The quantities of sperm in various poison groups were obvious decreased and the rate of sperm deformation were obvious increased with dose increasing. Compared with control group, they both had obvious difference (P<0.05, P<0.01). Activities of SOD in testis in experimental groups we re obvious decreased with dose increasing. And when the doses of benzene combined with formaldehyde were (50+50) and (100+100)mg·kg-1, there had obvious difference compared with control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Benzene combined with formaldehyde can cause obvious toxicity in reproductive cells.
