摘要:
采用试验研究方法在不同负荷和过量空气系数下研究了隔热活塞对汽油机性能的影响。结果表明:采用隔热涂层活塞,小负荷工况下最佳点火时刻提前,着火延迟期和燃烧持续期延长;相反,大负荷工况下,燃烧中心推迟。此外,采用隔热涂层活塞会导致NO x 排放量上升,CO和HC排放量下降;在大负荷空气稀释燃烧和当量比燃烧下,隔热涂层活塞对发动机性能影响相同。
