摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析了信息技术和组织效率的内涵,从考察组织的基本含义和构成要素入手,对企业组织效率的影响因素进行了深入剖析。在此基础上,详细分析了信息技术(IT)对组织效率影响因素的作用,并给出了作用框图,指出IT正是通过对组织效率影响因素的作用改变了企业组织效率。

关键词: 信息技术, 组织效率, 影响因素

Abstract: This paper analyzes the implication of IT(information technology)and organization efficiency,the affecting factors of organization efficiency.Based on this study,this paper researches on how IT affects organization efficiency in detail,and builds the model for the mechanism.In the end,the paper comes to the conclusion that IT affects organization efficiency through the mechanism of IT on organization efficiency.
