Novel design of voltage-mode universal biquad CFOA filter

摘要:

提出了一种新颖的电压模式通用双二阶电流反馈放大器 (Current-feedback operational amplifier,CFOA)滤波电路结构,该电路由四个电流反馈放大器、两个电容和十个电阻构成,可同时实现低通、带通、高通、带阻和全通的滤波功能。给出了实现电路,并完成了计算机仿真。PSPICE仿真结果表明,所提出电路结构简单,灵敏度低。所有电容接地,便于全集成。

Abstract:

A new voltage-mode universal biquad filter circuit using current-feedback operational amplifiers (CFOA) was presented.The circuit consisted of four CFOA,two capacitors and ten resistors which achieved all the five filter functions,such as low-pass,band-pass,high-pass,notch,and all-pass from the same configuration.Circuit implementation was given and a computer simulation of the circuit was completed.PSPICE simulation results show that the design of circuit has the characteristics of simple structure and low sensitivity.All the capacitors are grounded and the filter is suitable for fully integration.
