林蛙抗菌肽凝胶剂的制备及抑菌试验

Preparation of Antimicrobial Peptide Gel and Inhibition Effect on Bacteria

摘要: 为了制备林蛙抗菌肽凝胶剂并对其体外抑菌活性进行研究,采用正交设计方法确定凝胶剂处方,用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中的林蛙抗菌肽含量,用杯碟法进行林蛙抗菌肽凝胶剂对铜绿色假单孢菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃氏菌以及其他革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌和真菌以及临床多重耐药菌的体外抑菌试验。试验结果表明:林蛙抗菌肽凝胶剂对上述菌都有抑制作用。该制剂制备工艺可行、性质稳定、且抑菌效果良好。

Abstract: To prepare antimicrobial peptide gel and to research its invitro antimicrobial activity, To prepare antimicrobial peptide gel and to research its invitro antimicrobial activity, ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of the antimicrobial peptide, and orthogonal test was employed to determine the prescription, and cylinder plate method was used to detect the effects of antimicrobial peptide gel on the following bacteria: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylocococus aureus, Escherichia coli and different species of resistant Grampositive or resistant Gramnegative bacteria. Experimental results show that antimicrobial peptide gel has significant effect invitro growth inhibition on bacteria.The preparation method is feasible and the gel is stable.
