航空腔型薄壁件铣削变形的预测

Prediction of milling distortion for aero-thin-walled components

摘要: 针对应用在飞机中的腔薄壁件刚性差、极易产生加工变形,从而导致加工精度难以保证的问题,采用三维有限元方法,对在铣削力和初始残余应力场作用下的航空薄壁框类零件的加工变形进行了分析计算,得到了其加工变形规律。最后通过铣削试验验证了得到的变形规律的正确性,本研究可为预测和控制航空腔薄壁零件的加工变形提供方法和依据。

Abstract:

The aero-thin-walled components are characterized by the thinness and its variability of the wall and low rigidity, they are liable to distortion during the machining process, so it is difficult to guarantee their machining precision. In view of the fact, to predict and control effectively their machining distortion, calculations of the milling distortion were performed for the aerothinwalled components by the 3-D finite element method considering the milling forces, the clamping forces and the initial residual stress field, and the behaviors of the milling distortion were revealed. The predicted distortion behavior was verified by the milling test and the positive result was obtained. The study is helpful to the prediction and the control of the machining distortion for the thin-walled components.
