摘要: 从产品全生命周期角度提出以物流清单(BOM)作为解决协同产品设计(CPD)中计算机辅助设计(CAD)系统与产品数据管理(PDM)系统之间信息集成的方法。首先讨论了CPD中二维/三维CAD与PDM信息集成的特点,进而研究了CAD系统中的设计BOM与PDM系统中的工程BOM信息集成技术,并用实例验证了基于BOM解决CPD中CAD与PDM信息集成的可行性。

Abstract: The bill of material(BOM) was put forward to solve the information integration(II) between the computer aided design(CAD) system and the product data management(PDM) system in the collaborative product design(CPD) from the view of the product lifecycle management. The features of the information flow integration between the 2and 3dimensional CAD system and the PDM system were discussed. The II between the design BOM of the CAD system and the engineering BOM of the PDM system was studied. The feasibility of the II between the CAD system and the PDM system in the CPD based on the BOM was illustrated by an example.
