摘要: 合成了纳米尺寸的羟基磷灰石粒子并对其进行表征,研究了牛血清白蛋白作为模式蛋白对羟基磷灰石纳米粒子的吸附量,探索了影响其吸附的因素(如pH,Ca2+,PO3-3),同时测定了羟基磷灰石纳米粒子牛血清白蛋白复合物的体外释放度。实验结果表明:羟基磷灰石纳米粒子能够作为蛋白类缓释药物的载体。

Abstract: Nanosized hydroxyapatite (nsHAp) was synthesized to examine its possibility as a controlled release carrier of protein. In order to achieve effective protein release from nanosized hydroxyapatite it was necessary to study the adsorptive property of protein on nsHAp and the influence parameters, such as pH, calcium and phosphate, on the adsorption process. Nanosized hydroxyapatite particles were synthesized and characterized. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was selected as the model protein. Meanwhile, the release kinetics of BSA adsorbed onto the nsHAp (nsHApBSA) was examined. The experiment results show that nanosized hydroxyapatite particles can be successfully used as controlled release carrier of protein.
