污泥与盐酸在多孔介质中的反应及分布规律

摘要: 通过ICPOES、SEM等手段确定了污泥的主要组分为碳酸盐,其中含有菱形及球形碳酸钙颗粒。研究了不同注入方式下污泥与盐酸在多孔介质中的反应效率及其对渗透率的影响,得出管线中混合的反应效率大于交替注入的反应效率。在管线混合注入方式中,随着污泥盐酸体系注入量的增加,产气量呈幂指数增加;在交替注入过程中,随着隔离段塞体积的增加,反应效率呈幂指数降低;而两种注入方式的渗透率都随注入量的增加呈幂指数降低,颗粒侵入量增大,证明了在该反应体系注入过程中,反应效率与地层的污染程度有很好的相关性,且侵入深度对地层的伤害影响是主要的。

Abstract: The oily sludge was studied through ICPOES and SEM measurements and chemical qualitative analysis methods. Both the results of ICPOES and chemical methods showed that carbonate was the main component. Rhombic calcite and spherical vaterite were observed by SEM. Carbon dioxide is produced when oily sludge and hydrochloric acid slug combinations are injected into porous media. Experiments are made about the infludence of two injection modes on reaction efficiency and porous medium permeability. The reaction efficiency of alternating slug injection is lower than that of blended injection. The gas volume produced increases exponentially with the increase in the oily sludgehydrochloric acid system volume in blended injection process, while it declines exponentially with the increase in the isolation slug volume in alternating slug injection process. The two modes are common in the fact that the permeability declines exponentially with the increase in the injection volume, which indicates more particle invasion. As a conclusion, the formation damage degree is well related to the reaction efficiency of oily sludge and hydrochloric acid, and the invasion depth is the main contribution to the formation damage.
