摘要:

通过对采集的某系列数控车床现场故障信息进行统计分析,建立各子系统内部及其子系统之间的故障模式关联故障有向因果图,充分考虑故障模式的严重性、故障发生频率以及故障模式之间的关联系数,得到各子系统的故障关联指标。通过比较可以找出影响该数控车床可靠性的关键子系统,进一步明确该数控车床可靠性改进的主攻方向。

Abstract:

Based on the statistical analysis of the failure data which were collected from some CNC lathes in the scene, it will establish the directed causality diagram of the internal subsystem and between subsystems. Considering the fault severity, frequency and the correlation coefficient between failure modes, it will obtain the failure related indicators of the subsystems. A critical subsystem that influences the reliability of NC lathe was presented, which provides the research direction for improving the reliability of NC lathe.
