Application of EVA in investement projects decision

Abstract: It was proved that MVA and NPV are equivalent rules for projects evaluation.Therefore,annual equivalent EVA and NAV are identical measures for projects evaluation.The rule based on annual equivalent EVA for projects evaluation was proposed and applied in a large investment project.The paper also illustrates the feasibility and advantages of EVA analysis in project evaluation.
