Steady characteristic of surface temperature of tire of middle duty truck

The real time infrared measurement system for testing surface temperature of a high rolling tire was used to study the steady properties of surface temperature of CA1092 truck.The system consists of the high rolling tire test drum,M90B infrared thermometer and its clamp,and can only test one direction at one times.The formula between the highest temperature rise of the tire and tire speed is gained through regression analysis,and some useful conclusions are obtained by tests.The results lay the foundation for studying the temperature distribution and explosive mechanism of a high rolling tire.

Study on dynamic characteristic of light passenger car′s hydraulic mounting

Taking a power train hydraulic mounting of a domestic light passenger car as an example,the structure and working theory of the hydraulic mounting was analyzed.Using bond graph method,a model of hydraulic system was set up and the dynamic characteristics are calculated by computer simulation.Comparing with experimental investigation,the predicted results showed good coherence to the measured results and the applicability and creditability of the model are validated.

Numerical simulation on ground effect of simplified car model

Ground effect was studied with numerical simulation of the motive ground boundary condition.The aerodynamic coefficients were obtained.Its aerodynamic data was compared with the one of fixed boundary condition.And the results can be in accord with the wind tunnel test.With this simulation,the influence of fixed wall boundary layer on underbody was eliminated by and large.The precision of numerical simulation for ground effect was improved.

Inhabits trip distribution model based on maximum information entropy theory

In order to find general models,several entropy models are put forward according to the maximum information entropy theory in inhabits trip distribution.By changing limited condition,several common models are proved.Because of the difficulty in calibrating parameters in the maximum information entropy models,the entropy method that can effectively select models is used to describe the system distribution.The survey data supports that this method is simple and feasible.And this method is the expansion of the maximum information entropy theory.The models can be applied to the study on the problems of inhabits trip distribution.

Based on the wriggle principle and error compensation method,a precision linear actuator and its dynamic model were presented.Under the closing loop control of PC,the actuator can provide stable stepping movement in the stroke of 1 mm,the positioning accuracy of ±0.01μm and the force output of 20 N.

Effect of bumper parameters on leg and knee injuries

Based on biomechanical characteristics of human lower leg and knee joint in car pedestrian side impacting accidents,and computer simulation results from leg form impactor impacted with car bumper by finite element method,the paper described the influences of bumper heights and bumper profiles on the leg and knee injuries by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The results showed that knee joint injuries will be increased owing to the shear deformation and bend deformation when the bumper height is close to the knee center for a fixed bumper profile,and the injury possibility of secondary impacting of the leg and knee will be increased when the bumper height is below the tibia center of gravity.The further research will be carried out on avoiding or reducing the possibility of pedestrain injuries in car pedestrian impacting accidents from car design aspects by mentioned approach in this paper.

Study on testing automobile alignment based on computer vision

Using computer vision theory,image coordinate system and camera coordinate system are set up.On the basis of two projected pictures from automobile wheel at the volley and theory of coordinate transformation for points in space,its equation of motion for corresponding point image is derivated,and the mathematical model based on this theory to solve the automobile wheel motion parameter is set up .On the basis of the method,the paper sets up experiment system of alignment test and proves its practiability.

On line and real time monitoring of machining of micro holes was investigated.The monitoring was carried out measuring drilling torque.Under the present work,limit values of drilling torques are weibull distribution of three parameters.Reliability function of the torques is derived from the function with weibull distribution of three parameters.Critical value of drilling torques for the monitoring is obtained from the reliability function.From the critical value,process of machining of micro holes is monitored,preventing from breaking of micro drills.So that,the use of micro drills can be improved from the present work.

After analyzing 226 datas of repairing time collected in field,the distribution model of repairing time of CNC lathes was established.The maintainability functions,including maintainability degree M(t),probability density m(t) and maintainability rate μ(t),were given.The repairing time fits lognormal distribution.From the distribution,the maintainability level of CNC lathes has been evaluated.

Based on the research and analysis of standards of ISO10823,DIN8195,ANSI B29.1 and combined with the power curve of famous chain corporation in the world.This paper summarized that ISO10823 power curves must be formulated based on the wear and synthesized other invalidation factors,and also presented that it is safe to choose chain according to ISO10832.But in order to ensure service life,appropriate lubrication pattern must be selected correctly.

It is known that the genetic algorithms (GAs) are good in global searching,and the artificial neural networks (ANNs) are effective on accurate local searching.We proposed a method to join the genetic algorithm and BP alogorithm together and supplementing mutually by optimizing the initial weights of ANNs with GAs.Some applications have already obtained in study of enhancing the intelligent forecasting precision of flood,especially the precision of flood peak forecasting,by using this method.Through the check for the historic datum of the flood forecasting system for Zhujiang rive catchment,the effectiveness and reliability of this method have been proved.

Segmented linear temperature control system of oil flash-point measuring instrument

The segmented linear temperature control system is the key part of oil flash point measuring instrument.It′s the key link to guarantee the oil flash point testing condition.This paper puts forward a control method which uses a whole cycle wave as the minimum adjustment quantity and distributes the wave uniformly to realize the temperature increase linearly.Through testing and application,the performance of segmented linear temperature control system is proved to meet the demand of national standard GB/T3536 83,and it shows the advantage of high precision and good linearity.

Through the analysis of many representative spatial domain watermark algorithms,a new spatial domain digital watermark imbedding algorithm is presented.Encryption with position double secrete key is used,and the method of non plane,imbedding and relevant recovering which based on the character of VHS is adopted in the algorithm.Experiments shows that this algorithm is robust in a series of signal processing operations,and also possesses good transparency.

Based on the Grey System Theorem,using GM(1,h) model to simulate the process of varying parameters vibration drilling is a new attempt.The study for the influence on the effectiveness of arts and crafts from some parameters such as vibration frequency,swing etc.in laminated materials vibration drilling process using gray relevancy analysis method was presented in this paper,and the order of influencing factors that dominate the drilling effect was obtaind.The theoretic analysis and experiments showed that it is easy in modelling and computing by using this method,it also provides a new approach in the research for vibration drilling of laminated materials.

Based on the theories of optimal approximation and data smoothing,a method to represent the discrete experimental data and calculate the derivatives of the experimental data in full measuring region is proposed in the paper.A functional is set up according to Lagrange multiplier method,and solved by finite element method and Newton iteration method.The derivatives at any point in measuring region can be interpolated on the basis of FEM solution.Smoothing processing is realized in the method and the influence of measuring errors on the calculation of derivatives is eliminated.Effectiveness of the method is illustrated by application to numerical test and to Morié data processing.

To synthesize 1/ƒ process via orthonormal wavelet transform

Orthonormal wavelet is used to analysis 1/ƒ process.A wavelet transform based method based on the relation between scales and variance of wavelet coefficients of 1/ƒ process to synthesize near 1/ƒ process is derived.In the numerical simulation,we changed the vanishing moments and the data length to observe their influences on the generation of 1/ƒ process.In order to prove its efficiency in precision and its predominance of synthesizing 1/ƒ process with any spectral exponent under the condition of Kahunen Loeve expression,we have compared it with the moving average model.

It was proved that MVA and NPV are equivalent rules for projects evaluation.Therefore,annual equivalent EVA and NAV are identical measures for projects evaluation.The rule based on annual equivalent EVA for projects evaluation was proposed and applied in a large investment project.The paper also illustrates the feasibility and advantages of EVA analysis in project evaluation.

Subsoiling is an important technique of conservation tillage systems on dry land.It is required that developing high efficient and energy saving subsoiling techniques.The effectiveness of subsoiling,the types of subsoilers,and the status of the high efficient and energy saving subsoiling techniques were reviewed and developing trends of bionic research of subsoilers based on the claw structures and mechanical behavior of soil burrowing animals were analyzed,including the resistance reducing bionics for energy saving purpose and smashing bionics for high efficiency.
