Broken ganoderma lucidum spores by breaking-extracting method

Abstract: The breaking-extracting method was proposed by which the ganoderma lucidum spores can be broken and its components can be extracted in one step. The details of broken ganoderema lucidum spores in the process were described. The optimum conditions to extract the polysaccharide of ganoderma lucidum spores are: water solution of 5% alcohol as the solvent, treating 5 minutes with ultrasonic wave, processing pressure is 400 MPa and hold this pressure for 5 minutes.
